Food Manager Prep is an independent educational resource to help candidates prepare for Certified Food Protection Manager examinations. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Restaurant Association, ServSafe, the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any government agency. The content is based on public sources, mainly the FDA Food Code, but it is not legal advice and is not an official publication. The practice questions are original and are not taken from any exam.
